The location! It’s 2 minutes walk from the lovely Swansea beach and only 10 mins away from Singleton Campus! Also has a small convenience store right outside the property as well as an AMAZING Chinese! it also has a lovely garden space with outdoor seating.

About the roomies

The roommates are 5 lovely girls, all of which go to Swansea University and are all very welcoming! Some are from Wales and a few are from near London! All from the ages of 21 to 23. Some of the roommates do cheerleading and others often go on runs and walks around the beach! All very sociable and confident girls so they will welcome you with open arms.
