Looking for University of Warwick students only!!

My friend and I are looking for a final housemate for our 3-person house in Canley after a last-minute dropout. The house is in a safe area near the station and is within easy reach of the University of Warwick.

We have one newly furnished bedroom available with a large private ensuite. The room is bigger than most student accommodation rooms, and you’ll only be sharing the kitchen, lounge, and private garden with the two of us.

The entire house is newly furnished, all bills are included, and regular cleaning services are provided. We’re both friendly, sociable people who enjoy a chat and creating a welcoming home environment.

I love to cook and I also love sports, so you’ll find me mostly going on runs and cycling.
