The room has recently been refreshed with brand new carpets and comes fully furnished with:

• Ottoman double bed and new mattress (mattress protector is provided)

• Bedside tables and lamps
• Multiple power sockets and TV point
• Radiator cover that doubles as an additional shelf/storage space

You’ll also have access to shared open-plan kitchen and lounge areas, including built-in kitchen appliances and a large TV in the living room.

The bathroom is shared and includes a bath with overhead shower, toilet and basin.

I provide household essentials such as toilet rolls and general cleaning products, as well as a mattress protector. You would just need to provide your own bedding, toiletries and laundry products.
