For University of York or York Saint John students, landlord requires tenant must be a university student. Listing the ground floor bedroom (very spacious with a decorative fire place included) landlord is trustworthy and lenient with tenants and flexible around when rent is paid. Already have 3 friendly girls (would prefer another girl to join us) living there and would love someone who is tidy, friendly and quiet. In the Fulford area of York so close to both town and uni of york campus close to aldi as well, we have yet to sort bills out but the tenancy doesn’t begin until the end of july so there is plenty of time to meet, get to know eachother and sort things out :)

We have three friendly housemates already sorted who love spending time together as a group, all quiet and tidy and are planning on keeping the house organised and clean, we are all very social so would love to get to know you and have housemate evenings together however we would be respectful if you would just like to keep to yourself as well :) we would just ask you help with house chores like taking the bins out and putting dishes away as well as being quiet during the evenings and early hours of the morning and would prefer someone who wouldn’t smoke inside the house 💗
