Hi there, I wanted to share an exciting opportunity! We have a beautifully refurbished student-only 4-bedroom shared house with a lovely backyard. Currently, we have one ensuite double bedroom available. The location is fantastic, just a short 10-minute walk to the University of Manchester. The current housemates are PHD students. Everyone is friendly and clean. We enjoy socializing and respect boundaries as well. The area and the house are fairly quiet and respectful in general.
