We’re looking for a female flatmate to join our cosy 3 bed flat in Ashton-upon-Mersey! You’d be living with us - Lauren (27) and Grace (26), and Mac (the cat) 🐈⬛
The flat has an unfurnished double bedroom available, shared kitchen & bathroom, plus an outside terrace area. The rent is £500 per month plus bills which are split 3 ways. There is an allocated parking space as well in the car park. The room is available from the end of June and needs filling by the 7th August.
We’re around a 25 min walk to the tram stop and Sale town centre, with lots of nice shops and places to eat nearby, and a pub literally next door 🍷☕️
