Two rooms available in a spacious 5-bedroom student house on Hull Road, York, from 7th August 2026.

The two rooms are located next to each other on the same floor, making them ideal for two friends looking to live together. The house has three bathrooms, a large communal living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a garden and plenty of space throughout.

The property is in a safe and popular student area, just an 8-minute walk from the University of York, with easy access to Campus East & West, local shops, supermarkets, and bus routes. Parking is available outside the property.

The rent is £201 per week including bills, with a £300 deposit. You’ll be living with three friendly female University of York students who are sociable, respectful, and easy to get along with.

We’re looking for students for the 2026/27 academic year. Viewings can be arranged, and we’re happy to answer any questions or provide additional photos :)

You’ll be living with three female University of York students going into their second year. We’re a friendly and sociable group who enjoy spending time together, whether that’s movie nights, going out for food, the occasional pub trip, spontaneous late-night chats in the kitchen, or just hanging out after a long day at uni. That said, we all respect each other’s space and understand when someone needs a quiet night in or time to study.

The house has a really welcoming atmosphere and we’d love to find housemates who want to be part of that. We’re looking for friendly, easy-going people who are considerate and up for making the most of student life in York.

One of the best things about these rooms is that they’re right next to each other, making them perfect for two friends who want to live together while still having their own space.
