A furnished room is available in a comfortable ground-floor apartment in central Berkhamsted.

The room comes furnished with a King Size bed, a chest of drawers, wardrobe, a bedside table, TV and a writing desk. There’s also a settee, exclusively for you.

Located just off the middle of Berkhamsted High Street, it is five minutes’ walk to the local supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafes and bars and ten to the train station.

Kitchen has; gas hob, oven, fridge, freezer, washer-dryer, dishwasher, breakfast bar and a dining table.

It will suit a responsible, friendly and considerate professional who is tidy, likes a calm atmosphere and is happy to help with some maintenance. We have a cleaner to come and service the communal areas every fortnight and I can include your room into their scope if you wish.

Rent is inclusive of all bills.
