Hi, I’m looking for someone to live in my flat of 8! It’s an 8 bedroom, ensuite flat opposite Leamington Spa Station, with 7 other friendly people, its £172/week (including bills). Its a 30 minute easy commute to Warwick campus, with easy access to the station and facilities/ shops in Leamington, with other amenities such as a gym included. We’re seven students who go to the University of Warwick, who are sociable but prefer staying in, playing board games, watching movies, talking and baking!! We enjoy sports/ exercise including running, walking and climbing.
