Hi, I’m looking for someone to live in my flat of 8! It’s an 8 bedroom, ensuite flat opposite Leamington Spa Station, with 7 other friendly people, its £172/week (including bills). Its a 30 minute easy commute to Warwick campus, with easy access to the station and facilities/ shops in Leamington, with other amenities such as a gym included. About the roomies

We’re seven students who go to the University of Warwick, who are sociable but prefer staying in, playing board games, watching movies, talking and baking!! We enjoy sports/ exercise including running, walking and climbing.
