The house is a 20 minute walk from the University of Surrey and a 10 minute walk from the centre of town. The house has a large garden and parking out front. Indide is a cosy kitchen and dining area. There is one ground floor toilet (toilet only) and a first floor shared bathroom with a bath and shower. The room available is a spacious ground floor room with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, and a large window.

We are a group of 3 students (2 girls, 1 boy) who are looking for another student for the spare room next academic year. We are friendly, sociable, and tidy. We currently study biomedical science and psychology and are actively involved in societies at the university.
