Sadly, my current flatmate is moving back to Australia next month for a new job, so I’m looking for someone to take over his room starting mid-June.

The room is a double en-suite that comes mostly furnished (things like the bed frame and mattress, for example, belong to him - but he is willing to negotiate on a price if you need them).

The flat itself is modern and spacious - it’s a two-bedroom apartment with a large living room, as well as a large kitchen with plenty of storage space. Also comes equipped with a dishwasher and clothes washer.

The lease is renewed annually starting on the 10th of June - 1350 per month. Bills are separate (wifi, electricity + heat, council tax, water) and usually come out to be around 100-150 depending on time of year. If you decide to move in, the property manager will need a few documents to get you on the lease (ie, ID, evidence of employment, etc).

Looking for someone laidback, social, and up for a pint (or three) every now and then!

About me - Spanish / Cuban born in Spain, raised in Miami. Working in ESG Tech at a large company, so I’m pretty busy throughout the week. When I’m not working I exercise (bonus points if you play football), read, or check out gigs and art exhibitions.
