We are looking for a female roommate, who enjoys the occasional going out to pubs but also the occasional movie night in. We would like for a clean roommate, who is okay with helping out around the flat.

We are both studying at university of dundee, one doing history and the other doing architecture (who is on her year out, but will be at the flat still).

The flat itself is a cosy environment with a large living room, perfect for social events and chilling, it is located in a private area, off of the side of perth road.

the flat is furnished, including: washer/dryer dish washer oven/stove fridge/freezer gas & electric tv (flatmate owns) hoover (flatmate owns) iron/ironing board

The flat also has an outside patio area.

We are two girls

Myself is a 21 architecture student on her placement year, who is a sociable girl that loves, movies, a night out, going to the gym and arts.

Other girl is 20 history student, who loves and plays rugby, enjoys a night out and a night in, who is a sociable outgoing person.
