A student house share in a large victorian house. Spacious rooms. The house next door is also for postgrads so there’s an informal student community between the two houses.

Rent is equivalent to £510 per month, including gas electricity and water. Good value for such a large high specification house: a modern kitchen/living room with washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave and 55” TV. So there’s plenty of space to cook and socialise with housemates. All bedrooms have a double bed, plenty of storage and a desk with office chair. Council Tax Band B. Students should be exempt.
