About the room
A spacious furnished room is available in a two-bedroom flat located in the Shadwell and Whitechapel (E1) area. The property is well maintained and offers a comfortable living environment in a very central part of East London.
The room itself is large and fully furnished, with a comfortable king-size bed and plenty of space for storage. It is bright, spacious, and suitable for someone who wants a comfortable place to relax, work, and sleep.
The flat is a two-bedroom property with a shared living room and dining area, creating a nice space to relax or unwind. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooker, fridge freezer, additional chest freezer, and a washing machine. The bathroom is shared with one other person. The flat also has a balcony and high-speed broadband throughout.
The living room includes a Smart TV where you can access streaming apps such as Netflix, YouTube, and others. The flat is fully furnished and has nearly everything you would need for day-to-day living.
The location is very central with excellent transport links. Stations and bus routes are within a short walking distance, making it easy to reach the City and other parts of London. The surrounding area also has plenty of local amenities including supermarkets, gyms, cafes, restaurants, and other essential services.
About the roomies
A bit about me: I’m friendly, tidy, and easygoing, and I work full-time during the week. My schedule usually means I leave early in the morning and come back later in the evening, so I’m not at home very much during the day.
Most of the time the flat is quiet and peaceful because I’m rarely around except to rest and sleep. On some of my days off you might see me around the flat doing some cleaning or tidying up.
I’m respectful of shared spaces and like to keep the home clean and comfortable. I’m also quite independent and easy to live with. To be honest, the flat will probably feel like your own place most of the time because I’m hardly at home.
I also don’t really cook, so I rarely use the kitchen other than to store a few things. This means most of the kitchen space is available for the other person.
I’m looking for someone who is respectful, tidy, and easygoing, and who would enjoy living in a calm and comfortable home environment.
