Large furnished bedroom. Further furnishing and decorating by lodger completely welcome. New king size bed ordered.

Flat: The flat has a lounge (currently being redecorated hence only half the room pictured), a bathroom (bath shower), a separate toilet and kitchen - all available to share.

Parking available.

The flat is located above a row of shops - this flat is above a convenience store. Other shops on the row include bakery, fish and chip shop and Chinese.

The flat is on Moss Lane, 10 minute walk into Altrincham town centre, 5 minute drive to Hale Barns town centre, 5 minute drive into Hale town centre, 10 minute walk to Altrincham Interchange (metro link, train station, and bus station) which can get you into Manchester City centre in around 30 minutes.

Bills included in price, only extra costs will be council tax - £78.

I am happy to share the lounge area with you or if you wish to just be in the room, I am also fine with that. It is a shared responsibility to keep the flat clean and tidy. You would be responsible for keeping the bedroom clean and tidy.

Overnight guests are welcome on occasion and must be requested from myself. It’s a shared property so please be respectful and considerate regarding this.

About the roomies

I am 28 and female. I am a trainee clinical psychologist working mostly in the city centre/office, but I do work Fridays and some Wednesdays from home. My room is on a second floor so when I’m doing so, I’ll be out of your way. I am also a part time dog sitter so do often have dogs in the flat.
