One double bedroom available in a two bedroom Victorian Style garden flat within Abbeville Village, Clapham South; the common is at one end of the street if you enjoy going for a run. Clapham South tube is extremely close as are supermarkets, dry cleaners and the various restaurants, bars and cafes.
I like to keep the flat clean and tidy particularly the kitchen and bathroom.
I am looking for someone who has their own life but who is also quite social and happy to have a chat at the end of the day, grab a Sunday roast or go out for a drink.

About the roomies
A bit about me, I am 55 and have lived in the flat for 16 years, I work in catering operations with my working hours predominantly 07.00 to 17.00 Mon to Fri. I have a great network of friends in the area and tend to socialise with them most weekends. I have a gorgeous 2 year old rescue dog who I adore and spend time walking in Battersea Park or Clapham Common. So dog lovers only please.
