Lovely Victorian terrace in Upton Park, Newham. Not Dulwich as the listing says for some reason! The room is south-facing so it gets the sun all day, looking over the back garden. Big open plan living space, bathroom with a shower and a bath. The room has a bed and a mattress included but they do belong to the previous tenant so he may want them back at some point. I have two cats so you’ll have to enjoy having them around too! Nice quiet area, shops just seconds away, with larger ones about 15 mins up the road. Close to Newham Leisure Centre and the hospital. 15 mins walk to Upton Park underground (District and Hammersmith & City Lines). 20 mins on the bus to Stratford. Renting directly from the landlord, so no agency fees etc. He’s very pleasant and helpful if there are ever any issues. Bills on top are about £180pcm.

I’m Ed, Sommelier and Events Manager. I work varying hours across the week but am very quiet and respectful. I always keep the place clean as I enjoy living here - it feels like a proper home. In my free time I like walking, DJing, writing and photography. Always up for a pint or two in the local, the Boleyn Tavern. I keep to myself when I want to but also enjoy hanging out, watching films and playing games if you’re ever up for it!
