Large double bedroom in Roath on the top floor of the house sharing a bathroom with one other person , close to lots of shops and restaurants and 15-20 walk to Cardiff University or 35 minutes from heath

We are three final year students ( 1 girl two boys ) looking for a fourth flatmate, ideally also a final year, at a price of £570pm (including bills). We are a quiet household, with a mix of keeping to ourselves and hanging out (we love a Mario kart session). We much prefer nights in, although enjoy an occasional pub trip, so not looking for someone who goes out often. It’s not a disruptive household, so if you’d rather mostly keep to yourself, that’s absolutely fine with us.
