We are 3 students at YSJ, 1 at UOY, looking for another student to live with. We are all clean, friendly and welcoming. Much happier to stay home and hang out than go clubbing. :)

5 bedroom student property 20 minutes’ walk from York St John University. All room have double beds. There is a fully fitted kitchen with oven, washing machine, and tumble dryer. There are 3 bathrooms, 2 of which have showers and one has a bath shower. The property has gas central heating. Currently on street parking is free in this area however this is subject to change. At the rear of the property is a garden and a shed for secure bicycle storage. BILLS INCLUDED (includes: gas, electricity, water) Council Tax is not included, though full time students can apply for an exemption via City of York Council.

2 girls, 2 boys. LGBTQ+ friendly. Music lovers, tennis player included, nerds, spiderman, karaoke, garlic bread, BTS.
