I’m currently the sole tenant in a spacious four-bedroom property and am looking for a second tenant to join me in the house (you will have a separate tenancy agreement with the landlord).

The rent is including all bills — gas, electricity, water, broadband, and council tax.

The available room is a furnished double bedroom complete with wardrobes and drawers, offering plenty of storage space. The house also includes a shared bathroom with both a bath and shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cosy living room.

There is on-street parking available directly outside the property. One of the best things about the area is that there are a few really nice scenic walking routes nearby, so it’s great if you enjoy getting out for a walk and a bit of fresh air. We also have local shops nearby for quick bits, and Bolton shopping centre, train station, and the interchange and Walkden shopping centre are around 10 minutes away by bus, there are a few bus stops around the house. The Royal Bolton Hospital is in a 5 minute walking distance as well, so everything’s pretty convenient.

The garden is properly blooming in the warmer months, so it’s lovely if you enjoy gardening — or even just sitting out (if Bolton weather allows) and appreciating a nice outdoor space. The available room also gets a really beautiful view, especially in the evenings.

I work full-time in a hybrid 9–5 role, so the house is usually pretty relaxed during the week — think cosy evenings, good food, music in the background, and the occasional glass of wine after work and on weekends. I’m social and always up for a chat or hanging out, but I also really value personal space and quiet time, especially on work nights.

I love cooking, keeping the house feeling homely, and doing little things that make the place look nice and organised (even the random awkward corners deserve some love). I’m quite clean and like shared spaces to stay tidy and comfortable for everyone.

Overall, I’m looking for someone easygoing, respectful, and clean who’s after more of a calm, friendly home rather than an everyday party house. Someone who’s happy doing their own thing but also enjoys the occasional catch-up in the kitchen would be ideal.
