About the room
A unique and spacious apartment in Deddington, between Oxford and Banbury.
This room offers the entire, top floor to make your own, as well as a shared kitchen and bathroom. The room nicely divides between a bedroom area and a lounge/office area. The photos show the previous setup with a living room area, a sleeping area, and an office area in the middle. Most of the furniture will be removed, so you’ll be free to make use of the space as you see fit. The space has to be seen to be appreciated fully, and offers plenty of unique customisation possibilities. There is plenty of room for storage along the sides of the room.
The room offers excellent privacy and works almost like a studio apartment without the compromise of a small kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is spacious and has all the usual aneminites. Bathroom includes a shower and a bath.
The room is bright and gets plenty of light throughout the day thanks to West-facing roof windows.
A perfect, quiet environment for a professional or student. Deddington is a very quiet and pretty village. It has a small Co-Op open till 10pm every day (including Sundays) and a monthly market in the square.
Within easy commuting distance of Silverstone, Brackley, Enstone, Banbury, Chipping Norton, Oxford, and Gaydon (JLR and Aston Martin).
Room should be considered unfurnished, although there may be some items depending on what my outgoing flatmate leaves and if you’d want them. We can arrange to have any aneminities you need installed before you arrive if needed.
Price is rent only, other expenses include; Electricty: ~ £40 per month Water: ~£45 every per month Gas: ~£15 per month Council Tax: £113 per month Wi-Fi: £20 Estimated total cost: ~£800
Excellent space value for money!
There is a car park across the road, and it’s highly recommended you drive as buses to Oxford and Banbury aren’t always reliable.
Currently understanding the interest, with my flatmate’s longest date of residence being August, but we’re open to negotiations of you moving in earlier.
About the roomies
I’m Aaron, a 25 year old engineer working in F1 and originally from Scotland. Due to work I’m out most workdays, with usually one day a week working from home. I’ll usually be dotting in and out over the weekends depending what’s on. This is a two-bed apartment and I have the room on the main floor.
