About the room

I have rooms to let just outside Mold (CH7, near Chester) in my large 17th century detached house on a private plot behind electric gates with open fields to the front and views of Moel Fammau.

The market town of Mold is just 1 mile away and Theatr Clwyd and the Beaufort Park Hotel are both within a short walking distance.

There is a bus stop right outside with regular buses to Chester, Wrexham and surrounding areas. If you have a car there is ample private parking on the property behind the electric gates. We have CCTV and the house is a very secure, safe environment.

The room available has a double bed with sink in room and access to a full size shared family bathroom with bath and shower.

There is one other downstairs room occupied with a separate bathroom and I also have my own rooms on site, although I often stay at my partner’s property.

The room would come with shared use of family bathroom and the cost would be £650 per calendar month inclusive of utilities, internet etc. paid in advance

About the roomies

I am a part-time live in landlady, I work in Chester daily and I have a small dog who stays in my room with me. My current ground floor lodger is a lovely young man who works in Mold and is a member of the local church community.
