About the room
We are a girl and a guy living in a 3 bedroom house with easy access to central Cambridge and several shops. Less than 10 minutes cycle to the train station.
Shared kitchen, living room, bathroom, downstairs little toilet and conservatory. We have a massive garden with a few sheds, also a garage.
The room is a double room with plenty of natural light. This room is originally unfurnished but currently has a bed, mattress and build in wardrobe.
We are very relaxed people with slightly different interests but always up for a cup of tea watching rubbish tv or pub quiz.
Bills will be around £175 ppm.
The house is non-smoking but feel free to smoke in the garden. Pets are not allowed by contract.
