Single room for rent, in a 2 bedroom gound floor flat, great location, 10 mins drive to Poole, 3 mins walk to the co op. I’m looking for someone trustworthy and reliable, in full time employment so i know they can pay rent on time, small deposit with first months rent required when moving in, bills included in rent. Theres a parking space outside property, with double doors leading into the living/dining room. Available from the 29th. 30th May. Viewings next week from 4.30-5.30pm Tuesday-Thursday, and 4.30-6pm Monday and Friday. I won’t accept anyone on UC i’m afraid.

I’m Elly, I’m 38 years old. I have 3 cats, so someone whos a cat lover is a must, and also be ok to loom after them if i’m away, my current lodger is moving out end of this month, due to work. I work full time as a cleaner in a school, i dance 3 evenings a week, but like to chill infront of the TV most evenings, i occasionally go out Friday or Saturday nights, and sometimes weekends in the day time. I like to Socialize but also like my own space, so someone similar would be good.
