Modern refurbished house. The room overlooks the garden, nice and quiet. I have two bathrooms, a laundry room and a loft for some more storage. Acces to everything including the garden and all appliances. My 2 dogs live with me around 3 to 4 days a week, hence you would need be ok with big dogs. Walking distance to Leigh Broadway and Chakwell train station.

I will be living with you. I’m a non smoker and quiet person, who takes pride in their living space. My two dogs are my babies but are not allowed upstairs, so the place is kept clean.
