Wonderfull flat in which the room has it’s own large bathroom. The flat itself is kind of old, but it has its charm. The Area is incredible, with a view on the river ( We can swim during summer and perfect for running ). A lot of Bars and Restaurant aswell, close to the London Excel and Mayor of London Office. There is 3 station near by, 2 serving the DLR and 1 Jubilee. Summers offer activities in the area ( Swimming facilities as well as food trucks and free concerts). Incredible view of London. The room has it’s own bathroom ( bath ) which is quiet big. Share kitchen and living room, you can use whatever you want, no problem on sharing Xbox or TV, Kitchen utensils and so on. My room is upstairs just up above the dinning area. I also have a car space available ( I don’t use it, only for my bicycle). My flatmate is leaving on the 1st of June, but wanted to paint the room and tidy everything prior welcoming someone

About the roomies

Looking for a flatmate to share my flat : ) I live here for nearly 6 years now and it has been the highlight of my experience in London. I am not in a rush to find someone to be honest, just want to find the right person. I usually work at night so i will barely be at home Wednesday to Saturday and sometimes work at home Monday Tuesday. I am very chill, easy going, an Xbox and gym addict, love reading and streaming, and quiet introvert as I socialise a lot at work. This is mainly a family building and I am very respectful of my surrounding so they’re won’t be any partying or super loud environment ( again, i am super chill ;) Other than that, please do feel free to ask ! :)
