It’s a comfortable double room in a 3-bed semi-detached property with nice neighbours. Shared bathroom with home owner (nobody else in the property). Shared lounge and kitchen. The home is in a cul de sac, so fairly quiet and there is parking outside.

I work from home as a commercial copywriter and book development editor, so the WiFi is good. I have a large office at the back of the building and work Monday-Thursday during the day time. I am a keen crafter, read a lot and sing in a choir. There are no other people in the property.
