Currently looking for the fifth person to join the house for the next academic year.
The house is located in Oldfield, with a walkable distance to city centre. Ideally located for local amenities and the University bus route.
This well presented student property offers five bedrooms, a modern bathroom with shower over bath, and a separate WC. A stunning contemporary kitchen with a separate utility area, a generously sized lounge, and attractive, well maintained garden along with private parking at the rear.
The tenancy starts from mid August and we would like to end the contract in mid June if everyone is okay.

About the roomies
We are a group of clean and tidy people and are going into our 4th year in University of Bath next year. Three of us study Pharmacy, and the other is doing Chemistry. We are quite chill and friendly.
