Great location if you are a studying or working in Liverpool, the house is just off Smithdown Road, opposite the Brookhouse pub and Tesco! Great access to the city and surrounding areas with many bus routes available, also a 30-minute walk into the University of Liverpool campus. All bills are included, plus any repairs needed around the house.

The room is a standard size with a walk in wardrobe space, double bed and large window. It is fully furnished with a desk, chest of drawers and side table. It has been re-painted in the last year and there are no issues or damages on any of the furnishings.

As for the rest of the house; it is quite spacious with 3 toilets, 2 showers (girls and boys). The refurbished kitchen has two ovens and two hobs, lots of cupboard space, a washer and dryer room, 3 fridges, large dining table and all kitchen amenities. The downstairs is large open plan with no bedrooms on the ground floor.

We have found Smithdown to be quite a safe area, especially in our neighborhood, as it is quite residential with schools nearby. We are situated right next to Greenbank Park and a 10-minute walk to Sefton Park. The high street is good for pubs and shops for all needs, including a big ASDA and Aldi.

The room will be available to move from the 1st of July! It is £145/ week.

We are a house of 8 people/rooms, the availability of the eighth room has opened as one of us is doing a year abroad. It will be a mix of second and third year students all attending the University of Liverpool, so another student would be ideal to integrate with us! There will be three guys and four girls. Half of us are smokers (exclusively outdoors).

We are very laid back and wholesome, but we enjoy watching movies and playing D&D just as much as we enjoy going out into town. We all have varied interests and uni courses, from maths and psychology to geography and history. Most of us love to cook, listen to music and read. We keep on top of household chores with fair cleaning rotas for the kitchen, hallways and bathrooms. We love to have a laugh and not take things too seriously and just have fun when we all can!

We live directly above the office of our landlord, they are a company with many student houses close by. They are a fab team who are super happy to help in anything we ask from them, especially our lovely maintenance guy.
