Please Note: The room will be carpeted before being moved into, current photos are of the space un-carpeted. The loft room is a lovely private area with a door and stairs leading up to the room from the first floor landing. Shared bathroom with bath/shower on the first floor. Shared kitchen/diner and living room, and a downstairs toilet with laundry facilities. Spacious shared living room space- garden and patio area outside and parking available. The property is just a 5 minute walk away from Fowey town centre, and is very close to local bus stops. The Co-Op is also just a 10 minute walk away.

Looking for a clean, reliable and professional/working person ideally a similar age to myself to keep the house a balanced and happy space with someone I can get on well with.

Rent per month is £650, which includes all bills including internet Can provide some furniture if needed, or can be completely unfurnished if preferred.

The house is currently lived in by myself (Becky)- a 27 year old nursery practitioner working full time, and my very friendly cat Thor- Please note I won’t be able to accept a tenant bringing a cats/dogs with them due to having a cat already who likes his own space.
