The room can fit a double bed but is on the smaller side which is why you would get a second room as well which in right in front of the bedroom. The kitches and living room is furnished however the bedroom isnt. We are looking for someone for around the end of April or very early May. There is a security gate to the property which keeps our are quiet. The items in the photos are not included, they are the current Tennant who is leaving.

We like to keep to ourselves but do hangout in the living room and are both male.
