It’s located in Islington, £1050/month, and I am looking for a replacement tenant from early May to late August. The flat is shared with 3 other roommates who are all really nice and keep things pretty chill, however you would be the only room on the ground floor with a private bathroom. The room comes furnished, and the flat has washer and dryer, as well as plenty of storage spaces and a little outdoor patio out back. The roomies consist of 3 students from Regent’s Uni. An Italian girl, French girl, and American guy (lgbtq friendly) live in the house, ages ranging 21-22. The male however will be gone majority of your stay. All three are clean and nice roommates that balance personal, quiet time with spending quality time together. Very friendly, yet respectful of boundaries.
