The room is in a clean and quiet three-bedroom house in a convenient location with good transport links to the city centre. The home is comfortable, tidy, and well maintained.

The house has three bedrooms, one is my bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, one is used as my home office, and the third bedroom is the room available to rent. Because I have my own ensuite, the shared bathroom is mostly used by the tenant.

You are welcome to use the kitchen and shared spaces, as long as everything is kept clean afterwards. High-speed internet and electricity are included in the rent, so there are no extra bills to worry about.

The location is very convenient. The pink Metro bus connects to the Glider going to Belfast City Centre, and commuting usually takes around 30–35 minutes. The house is also close to Ulster Hospital, and some hospital staff even walk from here to work.

I live in the house and work remotely as a Senior Project Manager, so I’m usually at home and make sure the house stays tidy, organised, and peaceful.

I’m originally from the Philippines and moved to Northern Ireland about 8 years ago. I’m a quiet and respectful person, a certified yoga teacher, and currently studying with The Open University. In my free time I enjoy staying active. I attend Pilates classes and do strength workouts.

It’s a very small household, just me living here most of the time.
