SHORT TERM ONLY! The room is available for a fixed term of 3 months only. Shorter terms possible.
Large room in really friendly house share in Armley. The room is on the ground floor and features a larger than usual single bed and double sofa bed.
The house is close to Armley center and 2 minutes from shops and public transport (bus stops). The bus connection into town is excellent. Walking takes about 45minutes along the canal, on the bike it’s approx 20min.
The house is warm, bright and welcoming.
No smoking in the house please. There is a yard to the front and the back. If you have a car, there is a small driveway at the front and safe parking on the street. We may also be able to accommodate a space in the large & very sunny yard at the back.

About the roomies
There is currently one other male living in the house. He is really lovely and friendly.
