Sunny 2-bedroom flat on top floor, fully furnished. 10min from Kentish Town station and 10min from Tufnell Park station. Grocery stores, pubs, bakeries, restaurants, thrift stores, and bus stops near-by. Bedroom includes bed, desk, built-in wardrobe, and a balcony. Bathroom is new (3 years) with both shower and bathtub. Kitchen is also new (3 years), with another balcony. Only young people without kids in the building, so no noise complaints.

My name is Nefeli and I am a 21-year old student from Greece. I am the only other flatmate, and I would consider myself as friendly, direct, and very clean. I am a little noisy, but I also never complain about others’ noise. I like to invite friends over, but I never throw any house parties. I would love to live with someone equally neat, friendly, and cooperative, who doesn’t mind some noise and also being friends!
