I’m renting out a cosy, modern single room in my bright and well-kept 3-bedroom home in Bicester. The house is clean and tidy. The room is available for £600 per month with all bills included.

I’m easy to live with - I love a spontaneous kitchen chat but equally respect your space and privacy. I’m looking for someone tidy, respectful, and happy to share a relaxed but independent household.

A little about the home: it’s a tidy, calm, comfortable place to live. I’m 33, organised, and keep a clean house. My lifestyle switches between busy and social, and quieter homebody weeks -cooking proper meals, watching TV, working from home occasionally, and taking my dog Mika out on her twice-daily walks.

Speaking of Mika - she’s a 3-year-old Cavapoochon, fully trained, incredibly sweet, and honestly brilliant company. She’s a big part of the home, so you’d need to be a dog lover (or at least dog-friendly!). I do ask that lodgers don’t bring their own pets.
