Hello. So iv recently had to completely change my advert, my landlord is selling the house I currently live in, i have found somewhere else and im moving in this month so I do need to find a housemate as soon as possible. If anyone is maybe in a similar situation and needs to move in the next week or two please get in touch.

You can use anything in the house aswell, washer machine/dryer, fridge freezer etc. I do have all my own things like furniture which will be coming with me, i have drawers/spare bed for both me and someone else so your room would have furniture in it. About me, I would say im quiet and keep myself to myself, i wont bother you but i am really friendly, easy to talk to and approachable, im looking for someone similar, someone tidy and who can share the bits of cleaning, someone honest and respectful who i can trust. I dont have many people round so you wont get disturbed, i like to get out the house to socialise with friends, but also love a night chilling in doors watching a film in bed. Its a double room, it has a double bed, 2 sets of drawers and wardrobe. Its all been painted and carpet cleaned so its ready. You can use anything else in the house aswell, lounge, kitchen, dining room, TV etc, garden. I do have a 2 dogs so someone that’s ok with pets would be good. As said above im quiet, friendly, i dont expect anyone to help out with blue (the dog) im considerate and easy to talk to and I feel like I make people feel comfortable and welcome. Lizzy
