Available for short term stays at £150pw, or longer stays for £520pm. Short term deposit is £150, longer term is £250. I’ll maybe be moving out towards the end of the year before moving abroad next year but date not decided yet. Flexible on others’ dates. Open to students or professionals.
The flat is: 1 minute walk to Union Street with most bus links. 15 min walk to the train station. 10 min drive to Aberdeen Uni. 10 min drive to ARI. In a nice part of town with bakeries and cafes within a minutes walk. It’s also set back from the road so there’s no traffic noises.
The flat has: All basic appliances - oven, microwave, washing machine etc. TV - Sky, Netflix, Prime, Disney+.
