About the room
I am moving out of my double-ensuite bedroom on the first of April this year, and Iām looking for a student (male or female) who would like to live in a relaxed, friendly, and peaceful flat to take over my tenancy, which expires on the 28th of August.
Situated in central Dundee, this flat is just next to Perth Road and about a two-minute walk from the University of Dundee (and DJCAD) campus, as well as a short walk from Abertay University and bus stops that provide direct transport to places like Ninewells Hospital and St Andrews.
Although the flat is very central (within walking distance to the uni campus, as well as local restaurants, parks, cafes, nightlife and shops), it is a quiet area, and I have had no instances of being kept up by loud neighbours or flatmates while sleeping or studying.
In the bedroom, there is shelving, under-bed storage, drawers and a wardrobe for storing items. Additionally, there is a modern ensuite bathroom in fab condition attached. There is good daylight in the bedroom as well as bright ceiling lights in the bathroom and bedroom.
Included in the price is a shared living room and kitchen, with plenty of fridge/freezer and storage space, as well as an induction hob and oven, microwave, and two sinks. There is also a washer/dryer room that is accessible at all times just downstairs.
About the roomies
This lovely flat is spacious, cosy, and bright, with three other clean, friendly, and respectful female students, and one male, occupying it. We vary in studies and ages so often have different schedules, meaning the flat is relatively quiet and there is always space to use the common areas, as well as hosting guests if you wish.
