Compact Ground floor Double room in a spotlessly clean, beautifully renovated contemporary style home in the quaint village of Croft Cheshire. The room has :

• Single (but very deep) built in floor to ceiling wardrobe
• Generous under bed storage
• SMART Tv - access to Netflix, utube etc.
• Vertical blinds & Blackout curtains
• Cool mist fan for hot weather
• Multiple plug sockets / USB ports
• Soundproffed

All Bedding including quilt, pillows and quilt sets are provided. Towels are also provided. All you need to bring with you are your clothes, toiletries, clothes washing items, food and drink. Everything else is included. Ideally would suit a contractor staying away from home in the week and returning home at weekends, however all situations considered.

I am a live in landlord who also works away from home time to time so it’s important I have the ‘right’ person lodging with me as there may be times when you have the whole house to yourself.

I am a mature single mum who’s well behaved 12Yo son stays at weekends.

I am a friendly positive person who wants my lodger(s) to feel at home and part of the family. We have a very large and modern open plan kitchen/diner with 55” TV where myself (son at weekends) and other lodger meet when the work day is finished.

If you are the type to just say hello and take to your room that’s fine or if you like to spend a little time with others, maybe eating with others and watching the big screen together that’s fine too.

It is my home and although not a ‘party’ house we do love to have BBQ’s when the sun shines ☀️ I’ve had a few lodgers return from time to time and I think that speaks volumes about me and the way I run my home.
