Very near two bus stops with frequent busses that only take 10ish minutes to get to the city centre

Looking for someone that is kind, tidy and respectable. Ideally a person that isn’t in a party phase, as I enjoy having a quiet ish flat (of course we can hang out and chat, just keep in mind that the place has a very chill vibe)

The price doesn’t include the internet, which is currently £16 per month each, or the electric, which fluctuates, but is currently around £65 a month. The overall cost is always under £500 total each, and much cheaper in warmer seasons

I am a final year Community Education student, about to take a one year break before beginning my PhD next year. I am currently doing an internship for 4th year, that will finish in June. I love board games, chilling with friends, books and camping! I’d prefer no young students, but will decide on a personal basis, so don’t be scared to reach out! :)
