You will have shared access to: A fully equipped kitchen (for cooking, eating, and food storage). Shared Bathroom. A lovely garden area. Bills and Wifi included. Please note: The main living room is not included in the shared areas for this lodger agreement.

We are looking for a clean, respectful, and professional female who is comfortable sharing a peaceful home with a resident family.

The landlord (my mum) is an architect who lives there only half the year, and her daughter (me), is a videographer/cinematographer, who lives there full-time. We also have 2 cats (Knight and Toothless).
