The sofa’s are different, they are leather. The property is absolutely beautiful, with a small enclosed garden, so if you’re a smoker there is space for it. This property is located in Broadgate, so a 10 minute walk to the train station, Preston City Centre. There is a Lidl and Morrisons in walking distance, and 3 corner shops less than a 5 minute walk.

There is just me and my 3 cats, so you have to be a cat lover! They are extremely friendly, they love attention and you may find them wanting attention if your bedroom is open. I am friendly, would love a roommate that is sociable but I understand if you would like your own space. Basically, lets be friends! No animals are allowed unfortunately, unless we discuss it. And this property is LGBT+ friendly. I am a university student at UCLAN, studying Psychology :)
