ALL BILLS INCLUDED! This apartment already comes with a fully furnished bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and the perfect living room for hangouts.

This apartment is a 2 minute walk from Lidl and has many bus stops that can take you to the city center or University with buses that often come every 10 minutes.

While the bedrooms come mostly unfurnished, I can help with buying and building your furniture (within reason). They also include atleast one closet space and wifi extenders will be installed in both rooms to allow for ethernet connection. I can also install locks on your bedroom door if you wish.

The living room has two reclining sofas and a dining table which allows for upwards of 10 people sitting comfortably. The TV is 75 Inch and you are more than welcome to use all my streaming services (Prime Video, Netflix, NOWtv and whatever else I have). It also has an LED bulb that changes colour along with two LED stands that allow for complete control over the mood lighting in the living room.

The bathroom is pretty standard, is easy to clean and stays that way. There are clean towels available for use already but of course you can bring all of your toiletries.

The kitchen includes an oven, kettle, microwave, dual-airfryer and a spacious refridgerator. I often keep the kitchen stocked so help yourself to whatever food there is.

My name is Luka and I moved to Scotland last year from Georgia for my last year of Highschool, Im currently enrolled in the University of Dundee. My friends describe me as social, outgoing and friendly. I like to keep the apartment clean and smelling fresh but I’m pretty relaxed about everything else, you can invite friends over or do whatever, I’ve got noise cancelling headphones so play your music as loud as you want so long as the neighbors don’t complain. When vacations come around I usually leave the country so you’ll get the whole place to yourself for a while.
