I have a spacious double room with toilet, shower and handbasin ensuite. It is a 3 bedroom modem house. It is located in the lovely quiet village of Yapton. There is a Co op, pub, village hall, chip shop, doctors and pharmacy all within walking distance. Use of a shared kitchen which has all modern appliances. Yapton has very good bus routes to neighbouring villages and also Bognor, Chichester and Littlehampton. 2 train stations less than 2 miles away with easy access to Brighton and London. Several beaches locally and the stunning South Downs National park close by. Near to Goodwood motor circuit. There is parking for a car off road. Use of a sunny walled garden.

Currently just myself Retired and active. Usually out and about with friends and family.
