About the room
It’s in an area overlooking the beach along the seafront, floor to ceiling windows in the living room give a lovely view in summer, located a stones throw away from Southend High Street, right behind us is Southchurch Park.
Comes with its own parking space and garage space with barriered entry.
The bedroom has its own ensuite, the bedroom does not currently have furniture so you will need to bring your own bed etc.
I’m currently in the process of moving and furnishing here myself so the photos are not representing the end product. A good representation of how it looks furnished can be shown on request (og rightmove listing)
About the roomies
I work from home most days and as a bit of a nerd i tend to spend most of my time in my bedroom on my PC setup. (This does mean that the living room and kitchen areas are often very free to use)
I am a tidy person that can make good conversation if you like however if you would prefer privacy i can respect that as well.
The times I am not in the flat i will be either in the Gym or out seeing family/friends, i keep a rather consistent schedule.
