About the room

Large double bedroom in 4 bed house with a large through lounge and large kitchen breakfast room. Up stairs bathroom and separate WC downstairs. Good size garden. The room is 4.7m x 3.34m with brilliant fitted wardrobe and a shoe cupboard.
Looking for a professional person. The other three people (2 females and 1 male) are friendly and like to keep things tidy but lived in. Everyone mucks in and helps to clean. No freeloaders :-) Positive up beat people only please.

There are three other tenants. Two females and one male. One is a lighting tech in the West End, one is a Professional Baker. They are all relaxed but very friendly.
