There are two double USB sockets with ordinary electric sockets too, a radiator (from central heating), and laminate wood flooring.

There are blackout blinds and grey velvet curtains too.

The room is 3.2m x 3.6m in size and has wireless business broadband and cable broadband.

There is a weekly cleaner in the house who cleans the public areas for three hours per week.

There are three toilets shared amongst five people. Two showers and three handbasins are available too. All the bathrooms have windows for natural ventilation, and fans.

The property is 10 minutes walk to Leatherhead train station and to the large Tesco.

There is a park at each end of Cleeve road.

There is also a local small grocery shop five minutes walk away, and a community cafe.

The roomies are: An electrical engineer, female. An auditor, male, in his thirties. A financial analyst, male. An organisational psychologist, female, in her thirties.

I am a live out landlady, and run two HMO’s in total.
