Must like dogs as I have a small, calm labrador.

The room is part of a good sized, end terrace house with a large garden and outdoor undercover seating area. 2 bedrooms in total in the house and a study which could potentially be used if agreed.

Excellent location-less than 10min drive from the train station, regular buses and close to town. Plenty of local amenities such as shops, take aways, hair dresser, pub, doctors etc 5 min walk away.

Only other person in the house is me. I am hoping to find someone to rent to that I can be social with and get on well with. I’m a professional working 9-5 and enjoy traveling, fitness and reading Females only.
