Spacious 1 double bedroom annex, own kitchen and snug, which is a lodging within our 3 bedroom bungalow.

The accomodation includes: a double bedroom with ensuite, a kitchen and a snug living area. There is also shared use of the front garden and side sheltered courtyard. It is fully furnished. Parking is free on street parking and readily available in our quiet residential street.

All bills are included (at current rates, and stable usage with lodgers over many years). Regular maintenance checks are undertaken.

I live in the adjacent, but separate part of the bungalow with my son and 5 year old Jack Russel dog. We are a quiet and amenable household and would welcome a quiet and amenable, professional, dog friendly lodger.

Prospective lodgers must be non smoking and have good references.

I live with my 23 year old son and JR dog in the remainder of the bungalow. We are a quiet household and would like an amenable, quiet, professional lodger. Prospective lodgers must be non smoking, respectful, communicate well and have good references. Contractors in need of digs have been an ideal fit for me for about 8 years now, but I am open to all applications to find the best lodger for our household.
